Finished up another heart pine restore here in Seminole Heights. After getting the old dark stain sanded off and replacing about 30 boards we finished with a water based polyurethane to bring the natural beauty back to these floors.

Just completed this sand and refinish in Seminole Heights earlier this week. This one had some white oak, red oak, and heart pine floors in the house. The customers went with an oil based sealer and satin polyurethane to bring back all the original colors of the wood.

It’s been a long time since I made a post but this one was a major restore. These old white oak floors had seen much better days. After replacing about 200 square feet of flooring and 9 steps we sanded and finished the floors with a sealer and 3 coats of water based polyurethane. We updated all the old laminate and carpet in this Valrico home with a new waterproof LVP. Love how it turned out!

We installed new solid white oak hardwood on this one then sanded and finished the floor with Minwax silvered gray. We followed that up with 3 coats of Bona Mega One Satin water based finish.

**BEFORE AND AFTER**
Just completed a heart pine sand & refinish job in Seminole Heights. We sanded one room down completely to get a closer match to the rest of the house then we coated all the floors to freshen it up. I always love bringing these beautiful heart pine floors back to life.

Fun project here where we made a border to match the original part of this older Seminole Heights home. We sanded and finished it off with 3 coats of an extra matte Bona water based poly.

Happy to be part of bringing this Seminole Heights bungalow back to life! We replaced about 100 boards of the original red oak flooring then sanded and finished with a clear coat to reclaim it’s original charm.

We updated the steps in this Tampa Heights home from carpet to laminate to match the upstairs floor. Didn’t get that before pic since the customers were nice enough to remove the carpet themselves.
