Mounting a TV? Easy peasy! No drama, no complicated stuff — just me, my tools, and a TV going up on the wall. 😎

But honestly, the best part of the job isn’t even the TV. It’s the people I get to meet along the way. ❤️

Sometimes the TV is mounted in 20 minutes, and then we spend the rest of the time just talking, laughing, and getting to know each other. 😂

This staircase didn’t just get a fresh coat of paint—we repaired every crack before painting to create a smooth, solid surface built to last.

We painted the walls, the stair risers, and all the wooden trim. The high walls required professional equipment, while the stair risers demanded patience and precision. Every edge was carefully cut in with small brushes to achieve perfectly sharp, clean lines.

Every surface received two full coats of paint for beautiful, even coverage and long-lasting durability.

Late in the evening, we received an urgent call… a home had flooded after a heavy rainstorm 😩

The homeowners were shocked — water had suddenly appeared inside one of the rooms, and they needed help quickly.

When we arrived, we began a detailed inspection to find the source of the problem. Using a thermal camera and moisture meter, we located the affected area and uncovered the hidden issue behind the damage.

After resolving the problem, we completely dried the space, replaced the damaged section of drywall, removed the old laminate flooring, installed new waterproof vinyl flooring, added the lower section of baseboards, and finished everything with fresh paint.

Water damage is not always visible right away. Sometimes the signs appear only after the problem has been developing for a long time.

A proper inspection and finding the true source of moisture are the first steps to a lasting repair.

🚗 Why did this home sell WITHOUT garage door remotes?

We were called to program new remotes for a client who just moved in. Simple job, right?

Not quite.

✅ We programmed the remote → door opened
❌ Pressed close → motor blinked, door stayed open

Two wires inside the motor had been intentionally disconnected. And the safety sensors at the base of the door? One was completely dead — no green light.

On Chamberlain systems, if the sensors don’t work, the door CANNOT close. It’s a safety feature.

The previous owner knew. The remotes were useless. So they sold the house without them — and never said why.

We replaced the sensors, reconnected everything, recalibrated the system.

Now it closes. 🎯

Sometimes the real problem isn’t the remote. It’s what the last owner left behind.

✨ Some projects start with great excitement… but never get finished.

That was the story of this gazebo. The homeowners had been trying to complete it for a long time, but eventually realized they needed a helping hand.

We arrived, assessed the project, and got straight to work.

The biggest challenge was the metal roof, scorching hot under the Florida sun. It wasn’t easy, but giving up has never been part of who we are.

💪 In just 6 hours, we completed the entire project—finishing the roof, installing the metal panels, ridge cap, and every final detail.

When everything was done, our clients couldn’t believe the transformation. What seemed almost impossible to them became another successful project for us.

Today we’re back at this beautiful family-owned hair salon in Hyde Park.

Three years ago, Goldenhandsman transformed this space with Venetian plaster, fresh paint, cabinet refinishing, and even a complete restroom renovation.

Now it’s time for another refresh.

This time, we repainted the walls, baseboards, cabinets, and other surfaces, moved some mirrors, and installed decorative wood panels.

Our goal was simple: bring our client’s vision to life and make this salon look fresh and inviting once again.

A special thank you to Libby 🤩 the owner, for trusting us again with her beautiful salon. We truly appreciate the opportunity to work with her and support this amazing local business.

A damaged door frame can make a home look neglected and insecure 🥲

In this project, the lock had been forced out, leaving part of the door jamb broken and the trim separated from the wall.

We carefully removed the damaged wood, custom-cut a new piece, installed it seamlessly, restored the entire casing, and finished everything with fresh paint.

The result looks like the damage never happened👌

Most importantly, our client was thrilled with the outcome — and his review says it all.
