From vision to reality, Catchlight Crossing, Orlando FL is making progress!



What started as a rendering is now rising on site. Phase 1 is well underway with three residential buildings and a precast parking garage coming to life. Two buildings have completed their concrete podium levels and are now moving into wood framing, bringing the design off the page and into real progress. The precast garage is fully erected and advancing toward topping concrete and crash barrier installation.



Seeing the side by side of where we started and where we are now shows the precision, planning, and ex*****on behind every detail.

This JPMorgan Chase Branch at Village at Sawgrass was designed to match the local character while staying true to the brand. Set along A1A near TPC Sawgrass, the two-story building balances visibility, scale, and community context.

Inside, it’s built for modern banking—open spaces, private rooms, and integrated tech.
