A little personality goes a long way, especially when you pair it with a really good view. 🤩

For this waterfront sitting area, we kept the architecture relaxed and refined, then brought in a playful patterned fabric on the chairs to add a little character.

With seating this comfortable, it's the perfect spot to gather with friends or simply sit back and relax. Hard to leave a view like this, especially when the setup is just as welcoming as the scenery.

A white box is a great starting point... but it certainly isn't the finish line.

When our clients purchased this home, it was a blank slate waiting for some personality. We wanted to bring in more color, drama, and unexpected moments throughout the house, starting with the dining room.

A dramatic Parisian wallpaper mural became the star of the space, paired with a unique chain-fringe mirror that adds just the right amount of surprise. This is what we love about a blank canvas: the possibilities are pretty much endless!

When you're designing at the The St. Regis Longboat Key Resort, the outdoors deserves a seat at the table.

For one of our latest projects, we created a natural connection between the living room and terrace, using pocketing glass doors to open the spaces completely to one another. The neutral furnishings keep the transition feeling effortless, while small details, like the matching magenta florals, create a visual thread between inside and out.

The result is a space that makes the most of the Florida lifestyle, from relaxing indoors to dining with the waterfront just beyond. 🌊

Inspired by the elegance and energy of 1940s and 1950s supper clubs, the design balances refined dining with the excitement of live entertainment and late-night gatherings. As the evening unfolds, the atmosphere transforms, inviting guests to linger, celebrate, and enjoy every moment.

At the center of it all, a custom-designed chandelier creates a dramatic focal point, setting the tone for an unforgettable evening.

When we design a home, we're thinking about what life will actually look like inside it.

For this growing family, that meant creating more than a beautiful lounge. It meant designing a space where friends gather around the game table, favorite bottles are always within reach, and meaningful keepsakes become part of the design rather than hidden away.

Intentional design is found in the details, both big and small.

This family room was thoughtfully designed to create balance within the open floor plan, using layered wood tones, custom millwork, and a linear fireplace to establish a warm visual anchor.

Even the smallest details were considered. The outlets within the built-ins were custom faux-finished to match the wood grain, preserving the seamless look of the millwork.

Welcome to the VIP bar at The Sapphire. 🥂

As Enrique's favorite space in the entire venue, this sunken lounge was designed with the guest experience in mind. By lowering the seating area, everyone has a clear, unobstructed view of the stage while still feeling immersed in the energy of the room.

Beyond the optics, the design invites connection. It's where Enrique always ends up spending his time: catching up with familiar faces, meeting someone new, and taking in the night.

We set out to create a space made for bringing people together, and safe to say, mission accomplished.
