Happy 1st CREATE-A-VERSARY to our resident Storyteller, Ally Rautenkranz! 🌸

One year in and Ally has already made quite an impression! With her proactive spirit, sharp eye for detail and knack for keeping things organized, she's quickly become one of those people who makes the whole team better.

From bringing creative ideas to life to tackling the technical details that make them work, Ally brings equal parts talent, initiative and positivity to everything she touches. We love how confidently she's found her groove and made herself right at home in our studio.

Here's to a fabulous first year and all the stories still to come! 🥂✨

We’re hiring! ✨

CREATE+CO is looking for an Interior Designer to join our award-winning team in Tampa.

We’re looking for someone with 3–5 years of commercial design experience who loves the creative side of design but can also dig into the details — concepts, finishes + FFE, AutoCAD + Revit, construction documents, site visits and everything it takes to bring great spaces to life.

And yes, we believe there’s real value in being together in the studio — collaborating, sketching, problem-solving, pulling materials and making great design happen side by side.

If you’re creative, technically strong, collaborative and ready to do some really great work with a pretty damn fun team, we’d love to meet you.

Send your resume + portfolio to [email protected]

19 years. 🖤

Two women, one big idea and absolutely no idea where it would take them. What started with a shared vision has become more than they could have imagined in those early days.

So much creativity, hard work, laughter, learning, growth and life has happened along the way. It is pretty incredible to look back at where it all started and celebrate everything Kristina and Angela have built together.

Happy 19th CREATE-A-VERSARY! 🥂✨

ELEVEN years of our Dreamweaver! ✨

After all this time, Nicole’s creative fingerprints are pretty much everywhere around here. From the big ideas to the tiniest details, she has an incredible instinct for what feels right, what needs one more tweak and when something is finally just right.

She’s a dreamer, a doer and a quiet creative force who has helped shape so much of what CREATE+CO looks and feels like today. And somehow, after all these years, she’s still bringing fresh ideas and a little sparkle to the mix.

Happy 11th CREATE-A-VERSARY, Nicole! 🖤✨

When your Project Manager decides construction administration means really getting involved. 💪

Sarah James getting her hands dirty at the newest Amerant Bank underway in Downtown St. Pete — because sometimes bringing the design to life means jumping right in.

We’re pretty sure this falls under “additional services.” 😉

Happy 5th CREATE-A-VERSARY to our resident Catalyst, Tara! 🤍

Five years of making things clearer, smarter and somehow easier. She’s the one who spots what needs attention, digs in until she finds the answer and usually creates a better process for the rest of us along the way.

Dependable, incredibly thorough and always thinking beyond the task in front of her, Tara has quietly become an invaluable technical resource for the entire studio. So it feels especially fitting to celebrate year five with a new title: Technical Lead — officially recognizing the role she’s already grown into.

Happy 5th, Tara! Thanks for keeping us on track and always raising the bar! Cheers!🍻

A little behind-the-scenes look at what’s next for one of Bayshore Boulevard’s beloved condo towers.

We’re re-imagining the common areas with a fresh, elevated approach—layering warmth, personality and a little unexpected delight into the everyday experience of coming home.

We can’t share the property just yet, but we can say this transformation is going to be something special.

Stay tuned. ✨

Eleven years in, and Shannon still runs this place like clockwork. 🖤 She’s the one who sees three steps ahead, catches what everyone else misses, and somehow makes it all look easy. No fanfare, no fuss, just consistent, quiet excellence.

Eleven years of showing up, holding it down, and making sure everything (and everyone) stays on track. We don’t say it enough: this place doesn’t run without you. Cheers to Shannon 🥂

✨ Featured on Office Snapshots! ✨

Thrilled to share that our work on the Paligen Technologies (formerly Repkon) office here in Tampa has been featured by Office Snapshots! 🎉

This project was all about balance — pairing open collaborative zones with private, glass-front offices and conference rooms to create a workplace that feels calm, cohesive, and intentional. Every material choice, from warm wood tones to matte finishes, was layered thoughtfully against a neutral palette, while curated art pieces were used to anchor key moments and add scale throughout the space.

From the bright, minimal entry sequence to the more relaxed break and café areas styled with communal tables and soft seating, every zone was designed to feel connected while serving its own purpose reflecting Paligen’s forward-thinking culture. 🙌

Proud to have been part of bringing this vision to life.
