Five years of making things clearer, smarter and somehow easier. Sheā€™s the one who spots what needs attention, digs in until she finds the answer and usually creates a better process for the rest of us along the way.

Dependable, incredibly thorough and always thinking beyond the task in front of her, Tara has quietly become an invaluable technical resource for the entire studio. So it feels especially fitting to celebrate year five with a new title: Technical Lead ā€” officially recognizing the role sheā€™s already grown into.

Weā€™re re-imagining the common areas with a fresh, elevated approachā€”layering warmth, personality and a little unexpected delight into the everyday experience of coming home.

Thrilled to share that our work on the Paligen Technologies (formerly Repkon) office here in Tampa has been featured by Office Snapshots! šŸŽ‰

This project was all about balance ā€” pairing open collaborative zones with private, glass-front offices and conference rooms to create a workplace that feels calm, cohesive, and intentional. Every material choice, from warm wood tones to matte finishes, was layered thoughtfully against a neutral palette, while curated art pieces were used to anchor key moments and add scale throughout the space.

From the bright, minimal entry sequence to the more relaxed break and cafĆ© areas styled with communal tables and soft seating, every zone was designed to feel connected while serving its own purpose reflecting Paligenā€™s forward-thinking culture. šŸ™Œ
