This wasn’t your average build. Perched on the second-floor patio of this waterfront home, this custom L-shaped outdoor kitchen delivers incredible views and an even better entertaining experience.

Finished with Arctic White stacked stone, leathered granite countertops, and a matching grill backsplash, every appliance was strategically placed to create a clean, balanced design with maximum cooking space.

This custom L-shaped outdoor kitchen is centered around a Memphis Pro built-in pellet grill with a matching exhaust hood, creating the perfect setup for effortless grilling. Complete with a built-in refrigerator, sink, and storage drawers, every essential is right where you need it—making outdoor cooking as functional as it is beautiful.

Finished with a stunning White Vegas granite countertop and Mayra White stacked stone, this design pairs beautifully with the charcoal and white blended pavers, creating a cohesive and inviting outdoor living space.

Built with premium features including a Memphis Pro built-in pellet grill, sink, refrigerator, trash pull-out, triple drawers, outdoor-rated outlets, and an exhaust hood, every detail was designed with convenience and performance in mind.

The combination of pure white stacked stone and a speckled black & white granite countertop creates a clean, modern look that transforms this backyard into a true outdoor living destination.

This cul-de-sac home is getting a major long awaited curb appeal upgrade…

We’re replacing the existing narrow concrete driveway with a wider paver driveway, extending both sides to create a more functional and comfortable space for everyday use.

To elevate the design even further, we’re installing a contrasting border throughout the entire driveway, taking full advantage of the home’s oversized apron skirt for a truly stunning entrance.

We’re also extending pavers to the front porch, reconfiguring portions of the landscape, and connecting the new driveway to the existing side walkway for a seamless, cohesive look from every angle.

The weather has been on our side these past few days— sunny skies, plenty of heat, and great progress on site from our crew. ☀️

We’re excited to bring this vision to life and can’t wait to reveal the finished result…

This is a 40’ panoramic screen enclosure with a mansard-style roof, completely transforming the space while still keeping that open, airy feeling our client loves, but without the pesky bugs and debris!
