10 Things We’ve Learned About Design, No. 7: The best spaces are collected, not filled.

We find so much of our inspiration through our travels. A showroom in Europe, an antique shop tucked away on a side street, a material we stumble across somewhere unexpected. Those discoveries often stay with us long after the trip is over.

That spirit of collecting shapes the way we design. We source from a variety of places and take the time to find pieces that feel right for the space, rather than trying to make every decision at once.

The result is a space that feels layered, personal, and like it has a story to tell.
