The drink that tastes like summer in a glass.

Lush, sun-ripened peaches and ruby red strawberries come together in this sparkling beach-side sipper that’s equal parts refreshing and enchanting. Served in a chilled mason jar brimming with crushed ice, the vibrant fruit slices swirl in a fizzy blend of citrus and mint that dances on the tongue. A sprig of mint and an edible flower add a dreamy touch, making this cocktail not just a drink, but a moment.

Whether you’re relaxing with friends at a sunset BBQ or celebrating solo by the waves, this cocktail is a crowd-pleaser in both its spirited and alcohol-free versions:

🍸 For Cocktail Lovers:
Add a smooth pour of vodka or gin to elevate the fruity freshness and give it a subtle botanical kick. A splash of elderflower liqueur adds depth and floral sweetness.

🧊 For the Mocktail Crowd:
Swap spirits for a splash of elderflower syrup, white grape juice, or simply more lemon-lime soda or sparkling water for a bubbly, blissful treat that everyone can enjoy.

Ingredients (Serves 2):
- 1 ripe peach, peeled and sliced
- ½ cup fresh strawberries, hulled and halved
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon honey or agave (optional for sweetness)
- 4 oz vodka (or gin for a floral twist)
- 1 cup sparkling water or lemon-lime soda
Crushed ice
Fresh mint leaves for garnish
Peach or strawberry slices for garnish

Instructions:
- Muddle the fruit: In a cocktail shaker or bowl, muddle the peach, strawberries, lemon juice, and honey until juicy and blended.
- Add spirits: Pour in the vodka (or gin) and a few ice cubes. Shake well.
- Strain & serve: Strain the mixture into two glasses filled with crushed ice.
- Top it off: Add sparkling water or lemon-lime soda to fill each glass.
- Garnish: Decorate with mint leaves and a slice of peach or strawberry on the rim. Optional: add an edible flower for that extra wow factor 🌸
