That soffit detail above the window is exactly what we came to figure out.

Primary bath remodel. The round glass block window was going — but the condition above it was hidden until demo. Once the walls came down we were on site with the builder working through the options and finding the cleanest solution for this area.

Today looked like: checking details on a remodel that's nearly three weeks from done, an appliance run at Famous Tate Appliance & Bedding Centers, a full afternoon sketching kitchen layouts and electrical plans back at the studio, and a builder meeting to talk through what's possible.
