I love the way this turned out! I assembled a dining table and chair set today for a repeat client. It’s been meaningful and heartening to see his life’s progression. He mentioned that when he lived with his parents he never cooked, but now that he’s in his own college apartment, he cooks all the time and really enjoys it. I hope this table becomes part of many memories where good food is shared with good people. Funny how the right pieces of furniture quietly become part of those life shifts.

I see many of these carts for dorm living. They also translate well for kitchen storage when moving off campus. But I am obsessed with this color! 😍

Another IKEA build! I still don't know if I like the anti-tipping drawer restricters. (You can only open one drawer at a time). It's probably really great for safety but I miss my cascading open drawer pictures 😂

This desk is an absolute beast! Big and sturdy. It should last for many years to come. Maneuvering it while being careful was a feat but I managed. it's by the window since natural light helps with productivity. I'm sure many assignments and much studying await this gorgeous desk.

Another home away from home ready for it's resident. I love getting a chance to build ahead of a student's arrival. I imagine the peace this student (and their parent) will feel walking in with one less thing to do on the list when getting ready for the semester.
