If you on our newsletter list, then you got our email at the end of 2025 sharing our farm’s values! I tend to think company values are a bit cheesy but I also believe it’s important to know what is guiding you. So I spent some time thinking about that and came up with 4 values for 4 Girvin’s farm and I wanted to share them here!
We Owe It to the Animals.
When an animal comes here, we enter a sacred contract: give them the best life possible. We don’t overstock, overgraze, or cut corners. Every decision starts with, Is this best for the animal?

Farming is craftsmanship. Clean coops. Fresh water. Maintained fences. Learning daily. Care shows in the details.
Show an Animal Love Every Day.
Not a blur of livestock — individuals. We slow down, notice them, and remember the responsibility we carry.
We Don’t Adhere to Chicken Math.
Growth matters. But disciplined growth matters more. We build responsibly so this farm lasts — for our animals, our community, and our kids.
