Important Update to Custom Order Policies
To continue offering high-quality handmade pieces and to ensure my time and materials are respected, I’m updating my custom order policies:
🔹 Full Payment Upfront
All custom orders will now require full payment before I begin creating your item. This guarantees your spot and allows me to purchase materials as needed.
🔹 Pickup/Delivery/Shipping Window
Once your custom order is completed, you will have 7 days to either pick up your item, schedule a delivery, or have it shipped.
🔹 Late Pickup Fee
After the 7-day window, a $5 per day holding fee will be added until arrangements are made and the order is picked up, delivered, or shipped.
🔹 No refunds available at this time unless im unable to fufill your order. If for any reason that your order cannot be completed, you’ll receive a full refund unless it’s a partial completed order. Partial payment will be collected for work done instead of full order.
These changes ensure smooth operations and help me maintain the quality of my handmade work. Thank you so much for understanding and respecting my time and craft. 🧶
