As a first time mom I struggled getting my own baby to sleep! After 6 months of rocking, waking, soothing and everything under the sun I decided to hire a professional to help me learn how to sleep train my baby and foster a lifetime a healthy sleep habits for my child. I help babies become independent sleepers who put themselves to sleep and stay asleep! Parents now have their nights back to them

selves and baby is overall much happier. An age appropriate feeding, and nap schedule goes hand in hand with a good night's sleep and I help with every step of the process.
