➡️ Designed by the international architecture studios Bogle Architects and Ian Bryan Architects, this unique LEED Platinum-designed locality showcases the colorful ambiance of city life. Completed in 2024, the Gamma and Delta buildings offer 302 premium residential units where sophisticated architecture and innovative design are enhanced by high-performance AGC glass.
✨ Glass plays a defining role in the character of these residential buildings. Through a carefully selected range of products, AGC provided a complete solution that addresses the needs of modern residents: energy efficiency, natural light, safety, and aesthetics.
🟦 AGC glass solutions were chosen to meet the project's high standards for comfort, safety and performance:
🔷 iplus 1.1 & 1.1T: Used in advanced double and triple glazing units, this coated glass provides outstanding thermal insulation, keeping interiors comfortable year-round and significantly reducing energy costs.
🔷 Stratobel: This laminated safety glass ensures elegance and safety for the 1,350 m² of balcony partitions. The Stratobel Mat 65 version is used to offer residents enhanced privacy.
🔷 Matelux: For areas requiring privacy without sacrificing light, this acid-etched glass provides a beautiful diffused light.
🔷 Pyrobel: Ensuring safety within the building, this fire-resistant glass was used for the interior doors.
