I sell so much LVP and tile now, I forget to regularly inform my clients about carpet warranties. Here is the skinny though, the stain warranties are voided if you do not show receipts of regular professional STEAM cleanings. Every 12-18 months is recommended. Without the receipts the manufacturers have all the legal reasons they need to void the warranties.
