Just some of the things we do for you to keep cost down. We know the importance of staging and with everything going on with the tariffs we do what we can to keep the costs down. Which means giving up weekends and family events when necessary to bring you the goods ❤️. See you all soon be back tomorrow :)

When researching your staging company. Ask lots of question. How long have they been in business? How many home capabilities do they have? What’s the timeline. If they have availability they are not busy for a reason (some exceptions). We thrive off of repeat business. Have them send you their most recent projects. Make sure the staging they do fits the home. If it’s a 4-5 bedroom home please done tell me there is only a sofa and a chair in the family room. Make sure the staging fills in all the blanks and that the layout makes sense. Make sure they are not using a sofa table as a tv stand. This means they are ill prepared or low on inventory and you’re getting scraps. DM us with any staging questions you may have. We are happy to help.

Sometimes you have to do a little extra. Staging takes the guess work out of your buyers mind. 90% of people cannot visualize or have good spatial sense. You think they do but they don’t it’s a fact. Now they see what it can be. I mean one room fit a king, 2 nightstands and a dresser. How is that a small room? ®

Love working for myself, but taking time off is soooo hard. Last week worked 12-16hr days to be able to get here and have 5 days off. Real estate never sleeps which means staging doesn’t either.
