Our goal; to interpret clients’ needs, desires, and budget constraints into a complete design solution; is accomplished by the attention and management of our staff. The structure of Synectic Design is

tailored around serving our clients with a continuity of service. We entrust our projects with a single, professional, project manager who shepherds the project through to completion. We feel that having a knowledgeable, experienced staff helps us deliver a coordinated and quality product. Using the latest technology and software, we are typically able to deliver projects faster and with superior quality. Still, Lance Baker and Dave Hamblin - the principals of the firm - are active in and oversee all projects to completion. The success of each project is our team’s ultimate goal. We are dedicated to listening and representing the clients’ vision and this structure assures that we do so with efficiency and accuracy.
