⚠️I copied this from a dear friend that has the same type of business just on a bigger scale than I will ever have. I'm sorry to the customers that I don't have answers for. Shipping has been so bad and I have lost customers because of shipping delays that have happened more than once. For the ones still staying faithful I appreciate you more than you will ever know!

I'm so freaken fed up with shipping delays.
Like it's completely out of hand.
I ordered 5 things from Amazon between July 1-3. They shipped all with an expected delivery of July 7th. They all just VANISHED. All 5 items have different tracking numbers. Like how do you loose packages that all belong to the same person.
Then I shipped shirts to a custom in Wisconsin that needs them by Tue of this week. I shipped them Friday! Paid for 2nd day Express UPS. Guess what.... UPS in Enid didn't even send the package to OKC till Monday.... Guess what the freacken package is still in transit and it hasn't been scanned in 2 days 😡😡😡😡 prob cost me a 100 piece shirt order from that company too!
O wait not done.... I have Basketball uniforms coming. They shipped to me last Friday. I paid extra to have gaurantee shipping to have them by the 14th because they need them asap.
Just checked tracking again because they aren't here......it shows they scanned it at 4:30 Friday, 7:30 Friday and 11:30 Friday all at the same warehouse. Then nothing until today. The Scan from Monday is now gone. It now shows it's was scanned at 5:45, 5:46, 5:48, 5:57 all at the same warehouse which is 20 miles from the last warehouse. From Friday to today the package moved 20 miles and it was shipped FedEx Express Air..
Like why in the hell am I pay UPS, FedEx and Amazon extra for shipping when that extraoney doesn't do crap apparently. I could have saved $ and shipped that packaged to Wisconsin on regular UPS ground and it would have gotten there tomorrow but I pay extra to make sure its there on Tuesday and nope he still doesn't have it. Same with FedEx. I'm sure regular FedEx would take 4-5 days but we payed extra for Air mail and here it is 6-7 days later and no mail. All Amazon did was refund my stuff and I gotta reorder it. God knows where those packages end up.
And do I get money back on the extra I paid for shipping Nope....
Can a customer service representative tell me wherey stuff is nope...
Is anyone doing anything about it .... NOPE.
O and let not talk about the ports...that's a totally different thing.
