🍪 No-Bake Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough M&M Cups 🍫
If you love quick, indulgent desserts, this recipe is pure happiness in a cup!
Soft cookie dough, rich chocolate flavor, and colorful M&M candies come together in an easy no-bake treat that feels like a bakery-style dessert with almost no effort.
🧾 Ingredients
For the cookie dough base
½ cup (1 stick) unsalted butter
½ cup brown sugar, packed firmly
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1 cup all-purpose flour
¼ teaspoon fine salt
¼ cup whole milk, room temperature
½ cup mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
½ cup M&M candies
For the chocolate topping
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 tablespoon coconut oil

1. Heat-treat the flour
Spread the flour on a baking sheet and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 5 minutes, or microwave in short 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until it reaches 165°F. Let it cool completely before using.
2. Cream the butter and sugar
In a mixing bowl, beat the butter and brown sugar together until smooth, creamy, and slightly fluffy.
3. Add vanilla and dry ingredients
Mix in the vanilla extract, then gradually add the cooled flour and salt until fully combined.
4. Add the milk
Pour in the milk and mix until a soft, dough-like texture forms. Adjust with a little extra milk or flour if needed.
5. Fold in the add-ins
Gently fold in chocolate chips and M&M candies until evenly distributed.
6. Prepare the muffin tin
Line a muffin tin with paper liners and lightly spray for easier removal.
7. Portion the cookie dough
Divide the dough evenly into the cups and press gently to flatten.
8. Melt the chocolate topping
Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
9. Add the chocolate layer
Spoon melted chocolate over each cup and spread evenly.
10. Chill to set
Refrigerate for at least 2–4 hours until fully set and firm.
11. Serve and enjoy
Serve chilled straight from the fridge, or let sit for 5 minutes for a softer bite.
