Enjoying working on this beautiful lake home Friday on Lake Conroe. Deck color selections will be made to update the deck and enhance the over view of their lake front property. Working on lake homes is one of my favorite places to be. Friday I enjoyed working on a couple of lake homes on Lake Conroe.

Purple is seen a lot in the merchandising this year. Pantone voted this as their color of the year for 2018.

Pantone has announced that the Color of the Year for 2018 is Ultra Violet. See the photo attached. Interesting that the color purple was chosen. Purple has been known throughout history as the color for royalty. The movie, The Color Purple shows the God given beauty of people. Red and blue also make purple. Perhaps this can be a year of bipartisanship. Either way, purple can be a fun accent color. Good design stays in style. The fads come and go. Your home should reflect your personality and style.
