Saw this today and had to giggle so I figured I would share my laugh with you!

This is what you could get when you AI a design layout. Looks lovely but may not be functional unless you are ok with grabbing that garage step stool everytime you use the microwave 🤔.

Some things are just better done by real people- just saying. 😉

Had the opportunity to participate once again at the Tourtellotte Memorial High School Career Fair. Such a great alumni event and honored to be a part of it.

Bathroom number 2!

Everyone wanted a bathroom remodel it seemed (I mean what's not to LOVE about a new bathroom!).

Here is one of two bathrooms I did for the same client.

This featured project included a full kitchen and dining renovation requiring the entire layout of the kitchen to be re-imagined by removing a wall and reorganizing the layout and flow in this petite space. We got all her wish-list items in and the client is thrilled and so are we!

Check out these "before" and "afters"- what a transformation!

Completed Detached Workshop/Barn to go with the house we designed in Thompson. We love how it came out! What do you think?

For those playing the game - it’s answer time!

The client chose option 2!

What the really liked about this option was the natural wood beam detail on the front porch entry and garage. They liked it so much that we incorporated that design element within the ceiling of their open plan great room/dining/kitchen. There were a few tweaks and changes to the plan after this sketch was created but all in all the concept shown here is what was documented in their construction drawing set.

During the design process I will also sometimes share my rough 3D study models to help the client visualize the scale and form of the building. I've included a short video of one of those models in the comments too for fun.

This project is in construction now (they broke ground a few months ago) so keep checking in to see what the finished home looks like once it's completed!

Thanks for playing!

Wait you design garages and barns too?
We do!

The first two and last project featured here just show the line drawings but full construction drawings sets were provided to the owner including plan, roof plan, elevations and concept images all fully noted and dimensioned for construction.
The third project shows a before and after job.

Why have a cookie cutter garage that may or may not fit your spacial needs when you could have a fully customized one that coordinates with the look of your home?
