A little reintroduction for anyone new here 👋🏼 I’m Audrey Michel, Denver-area Realtor, interior designer, renovation strategist, and the person who will absolutely notice the awkward floor plan before anything else.
I grew up around construction, studied Interior Design + Architecture, and eventually found the sweet spot between the two things I love most: designing beautiful homes and understanding what makes them valuable in the real estate market.
Today, I work with homeowners across Denver, Broomfield, Westminster and Boulder, whether you’re buying, selling, renovating, or staring at your house thinking, “I know we need to do something before we list… but what?”
That last one is exactly why I created my Designed to List process. We inspect, evaluate, renovate, refine, stage and sell, making strategic improvements that help your home look its best without throwing money at updates that won’t actually matter to buyers.
Around here you’ll see the pretty reveals, the very unpretty befores, Denver real estate, renovation decisions, job-site chaos and probably a few moments where the floor plan changes for the 17th time. 😂
