Reality: crooked outlets, weird plumbing, questionable tile, measurements, screenshots, and 47 photos of the exact same corner.⁠

Site visits are mostly documenting everything that needs to be fixed before we get to the cute part.

This kids’ room has so much potential once we clear the clutter and rethink the space.⁠

New paint, carpet, lighting, and thoughtful staging are going to completely change how this room feels, and how buyers see it.⁠

I already have so many ideas for the furniture layout. Can’t wait to show you the transformation!

The confidence? A little experience, a lot of problem solving, and apparently… delusion. 😂⁠
