Field Crew Lead (In Training)

Meet Aidan.

Aidan Borders has been with Accu-Measure for the past year and is already stepping into leadership as a Field Crew Lead in training — a reflection of his work ethic and commitment to the craft.

What does he enjoy most about the job?
The process — and seeing the finished product come together.
Aidan takes pride in remodeling work and detailed craftsmanship, knowing that the small things are what make a project stand out in the end.

When asked what makes Accu-Measure different, his answer speaks to the culture we’ve built: “Employees aren’t just a number. The staff treats us like family, and if you work hard, you’re rewarded for it.”

Outside of work, you’ll most likely find Aidan hanging out with his bloodhound, spending time with his two dogs and cat, or with his family — including his older sister, Kyndyl.

Fun fact?
Aidan is ambidextrous, which definitely comes in handy on the job.
He also comes from a strong local legacy — his grandfather, Mr. Borders, was a teacher in Tipton for over 20 years.

We’re proud to have Aidan on the team and excited to watch him continue to grow into a leadership role.
