Flooring Helper / Apprentice Wanted
I am seeking a reliable helper/apprentice for my flooring business, primarily installing vinyl plank flooring. This is a great opportunity for someone interested in learning a skilled trade and growing with the company.
What I’m looking for:
• Dependable and punctual
• Respectful and professional attitude
• Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn
• Physically capable of handling demanding work
• Able to follow instructions and stay focused on the job
• Trustworthy and motivated,
No prior experience is necessary—we are willing to train the right individual who is eager to learn
Requirements:
• No smoking on the job
• Drug-free
• Drama-free / team-oriented mindset
Pay:
• $16–$18 per hour to start (based on work ethic and performance)
• Opportunity for increases as skills and experience grow
