**UPDATE**
The issue with the DOT paperwork has been sorted out and they are opening tomorrow 3/22 7am!! Enjoy!

The day has finally come...L'Annexe de Mamie Colette opens tomorrow morning at 7am!
It has been a pleasure working on these renovations with them!
Everythng they make is beyond incredible...so thrilled to have them right here in Titusville!

Good afternoon everyone! This is Isabelle. Chef Magali and I are thrilled to announce the soft opening of Mamie Colette's sister bakery, L'Annexe de Mamie Colette, located at 1462 River Rd in Titusville, NJ (parking entrance between #1460 and #1462). We open our doors tomorrow at 7 am!

We apologize for the short notice.

L'Annexe will offer a unique concept. We'll specialize in sweet and savory crepes from Brittany, pastries from Chartres, and will be adding bread to the menu next month. Our bread lab is still under construction.

We'll have butter croissants and chocolate croissants available for morning commuters, along with coffee and tea.

We can't wait to welcome you, whether you're a local resident of Titusville or the surrounding towns, or just enjoying a stroll by the river!

Last but not least, we are very grateful to the Hopewell Township - Mercer County, Government for their support and guidance in this endeavor.
