I had a lady order 2 hats. I had to make them because they were out of stock. She tried to call me, and I didn't answer. I was at my real job. She then messaged me and said that since I won't answer the phone, she canceled the order. Who does that? Something told me to get the payment first. I had already done about 1/4 of the order and was going to finish it today. That really upset me.
