Store Policy
1 - No Refunds without receipt, No exceptions

2 - No Refunds after 60 days No exceptions

3 - No Refunds on delivery fee's No exceptions

4 - Any product with warranty related issues outside of 50 miles from The Coal and Woodburner must contact manufacture for assistance

5 - Customer will be responsible for any and all shipping fee's if product is returned for replacement to The Coa

l and Woodburner

6 - Allow 14 - 21 days for delivery. We will contact you if item is out of stock and give an estimated time of delivery

7 - Refunds will be charged a 25% restocking fee for all non warranty related returns

8 - Delivery is only to the garage. No in home delivery No Exceptions

9 - THE COAL AND WOODBURNER SHOPPE DOES NOT OFFER SHIPPING

10 - No refunds can be done on any sales prior to 1-1-2018 as that is under the now closed Spencer's Coal and Woodburner.

11 - No refunds on used product's unless the manufacturer or manufacturer representative not The Coal and Woodburner approves the refund.
