Did you know?

The grape hyacinth blooms with miniature blue/purple buds that eventually turn into green, almost heart-shaped seed pods. If left, those pods will open into papery bells where tiny black seeds sit and can rattle out. These papery bells are what I use in various dried flower and gemstone necklaces!
