Wildlife tip. This is an easy one. If you have a soccer net or similar equipment in your yard, lay it down flat or put it inside of a garage after use. Birds often can’t see the netting until it’s too late.
Here are two recent cases.
The Juvenile Mourning Dove (left) was severely injured and didn’t survive. The Red Tailed Hawk (right) luckily was treatable.
