I'm an angry crier. And Marriott Bonvoy has brought me to tears. They won't let me check in because my husband made the reservation and he used rewards points to pay for the stay.

The only proof that I am who I say I am they'll accept is a pin number they sent to his email. Um...he's in the OR. In The Cleveland Clinic. Right next to your hotel. They directed me to ask someone TO GO INTO THE OR AND GET HIS PHONE so I could access his email. What?!

I called customer service, balling, and they were "sorry" but they couldn't help. No sleep for me.
