Even though it’s way too hot to be thinking about fall… I can’t help it 🎃🍁
One of the things people don’t always realize is that I source my plates months in advance, and my first batch of fall + Halloween plates is starting to roll in!
I’m already dreaming up some really fun tier trays + candy dishes with these.
There’s just something about — cozy fall textures vs. fun, festive Halloween vibes — that makes it so hard to choose!

This is my most cherished plant.
This chive plant was from my mom's garden. My Dad dug it up and brought it to me after my mom passed away. That was in 1992. That's 34 years ago. Chives live 15-25 years maybe more. It's definitely lived more than 34 years. I don't know how long she had it before that. I'm sure 10+ years.
This chive plant has survived all these years and have traveled with me to 4 different homes. It reminds me of my mom every year. I love looking out my kitchen window and seeing it and going out and cutting a few stems to use when I cook. I'm so happy that it has been going crazy the past couple of years and I'm able to share starts with my family.
