Attn Ohio state fans!!!
This is a beautiful piece of Ohio State Buckeyes football memorabilia, celebrating legendary head coach Woody Hayes and the players who helped make Ohio State football history. It's more than an ordinary football poster. Your picture appears to be a limited-edition commemorative art print, featuring a collage of Ohio State football legends.
What's special about it?
Woody Hayes: His portrait is the centerpiece. He coached Ohio State from 1951 to 1978.
Buckeyes legends: The artwork features dozens of football players in Ohio State's famous scarlet-and-gray uniforms.

Title: Woody Hayes and His All-Americans
Artist: Gary Thomas
According to the artist's description, the original artwork was painted in 1976 to commemorate Woody Hayes's 25th anniversary as Ohio State's head football coach.
It originally featured 37 All-American players. Five more were later added, bringing the total to 42 All-Americans from Hayes's 28-year coaching career.
The artist also says he brought the original painting to Woody Hayes in 1986 to have it autographed, then produced a limited edition of 500 prints. 
That's a much more interesting history than an ordinary mass-produced sports poster!
What the details at the bottom mean
Looking closely at your original photograph, I can identify several important features.
Edition number: The handwriting at the lower left appears to read 127/500. That means yours is number 127 in a limited edition of 500.
Artist signature: The lower-right signature appears to be Gary Thomas's. The artist's listing identifies these as signed and numbered lithographs.
Woody Hayes autograph: His signature appears prominently near his portrait. Because Hayes signed the original artwork before the prints were produced, the signature on yours may be a printed reproduction rather than an individually hand-signed autograph.

I honestly don’t even know where to begin! After months of planning, preparing, stressing, running around like a crazy woman, and putting my heart and soul into this event, our Monster Mash Halloween Spectacular Extravaganza finally happened! ❤️
