Lychoo is now actively seeking a product development partner with experience in consumer electronics and injection molding to help us progress from our proof of concept prototype to a manufacturing prototype.

Yesterday we approved the design for the final prototype of our we**am lighting system. These are the first few test units. We've incorporated innovations that make the device lighter, easier to set up and use. We are now assembling the remaining LED units in a complete array so we can show you how to assemble it and how it's going to look on your laptop screen!

Our Lychoo we**am lighting prototype is now in the final stages of development. We’re happy to announce that we’ve improved the design which will make it easier to manufacture and simpler for you to use.

Next, we will produce enough units to field test and enable us to shoot some demo videos. We anticipate completion of this stage sometime in July.

Thanks for your patience during this process. We’re looking forward to showing you what we’ve made and offering it to the public as soon as possible.

There's been some curiosity about the Lychoo product the head of product designed, what it is, and what it looks like. We are getting closer to a final prototype and with only a couple of details to refine before we are able to launch our crowdfunding. This is a mock-up, but it's very close to how it will look on a large desktop screen. Smaller arrays can be assembled for laptops, so it will fit your screen regardless of size. Lychoo's head of product is most looking forward to getting one for himself!
