I have been past-due for some time making my breakfast toast. This week I finally put something together! However, the one ingredient that was different was the bread. In Tomball, a place called The Sourdough Farmstand makes homemade sourdough bread. I picked up this rosemary and herb to try. Man o'man. It was delicious! Topped with a fried egg, avocado, bacon, salt and pepper! To kick it up a notch, I added my own three pepper homemade salsa. Don't worry, I finished it for you! Your welcome 🤗

Today marks the first day of growing our awesome local business Los Tres Pollos ! We welcome more family to our beloved business. Taking pre-orders for dehydrated apple wedges for an amazing apple chip experience! These apples are bought at our local H-E-B in Tomball which are cut and dried at my home cottage. No sugar or additives added, except for a bath in citric acid- a canning and color preservative. Strawberry and kiwi chips coming soon!

BTW, I've been experimenting with sweet potato and cinnamon flautas! I've almost got it down! My kids are the taste testers right now. But, I will be looking for some taste testers in Tomball to try my food for free with honest reviews of the food.
