I discovered my love for baking over ten years ago after I had my daughter. I started collecting an endless number of cookbooks, trying every recipe that appealed to me, and forcing my family to try and critique my creations. That passion pushed me to go back to school to obtain my Pastry Arts Degree, and from there I went on to work as a cupcake decorator for several years at a well-known bakery

along the Jersey Shore. Eventually, baking and decorating were reduced to a hobby as I moved on from the bakery at the time. Fast forward to me meeting and marrying my husband, having two more children, and living though global pandemic; I found myself at home way more than I had been in the past seven years. I rediscovered my love of baking and because of my husband’s wheat free lifestyle, I have been able to create, experiment, and perfect countless gluten free recipes. And now I want to share them with all of you!
