No matter the job big or small, this speaks volumes on what we can do with our premium Makers Mark Barrels.

Thank you to John Ferrigno for placing an order through our website last week. Here you see one of our barrels before and after. The bands were sanded and three rows of screws were put into the bands to ensure no movement. All barrels come with our stamped b**g.

My Team delivered this to John last week, he loved it so much he ordered two more barrels for his friends.

John needed something heavy duty to hold his 🦌 mounts and what a perfect touch. 💪

Thank you again sir!

🔥Absolute Gorgeous Classic One Of A Kind Car 🔥

This 1931 Peerless is a one of a kind and we want to thank classicmemoriescarservice1931 for allowing us to make this custom 6” barrel head with a picture of the classic vehicle burnt into one of our premium barrels.

The picture of the vehicle was loaded into our laser engraver. The premium barrel head was then loaded into our jig and 6 hours later look at the perfection of our 🔥.

The barrel head was screwed all around, sanded and the bands were painted in rustoleum silver to mach the vehicle color. Once dried, several coats of high gloss polyurethane was applied for years of shine.

Last night we partnered in downtown Toms River with classicmemoriescarservice1931 Battle Grounds Distilling Battle River Brewing Area de Fumar where the 1931 Peerless was on display.

Contact the owner and send him a follow if you’re looking for a one of a kind memory or photo shoot with this classic vehicle.

Eagle Manor is a historic estate build in 1736 and we were thrilled to connect with the owners after they reached out wanting our premium pub style barrels for the outdoor area so guests can enjoy. 💪

This waterfront wedding venue located along the Cohansey River in Fairfield Township Cumberland County, NJ is truly stunning. Once a private playground for the wealthy, the estate is now available to the public as a unique waterfront barn wedding venue.

🔥🔥 Barrel Cigar Humidor 🔥🔥

🚨🚨 BRAND NEW RELEASE 🚨🚨

One year behind the scenes and today we announce the never before seen Barrel Cigar Humidor & Liquor cabinet.

Absolute 🔥, with a lot of time, fabrication, precision and ensuring that we could pull something like this off.

This project started when we had cigar enthusiasts inquiring about a humidor being build inside of a barrel.

This took time, patience and the right connections.

We are offering no door on the barrel, one door on the barrel or two doors on the barrel. This is a fully enclosed 3/4 inch Spanish Cedar enclosure inside one of our premium barrels. The front has a glass door with an easy open/close, large pull out drawer on the bottom for liquor bottles and two drawers on the top for ci**rs.

The humidification system has a duel fan auto humidity sensor controller with LCD temperature humidity screen. The wires are ran through the barrel with one AC adapter in the back of the barrel, the control panel build into the side of the barrel is sleek and easy to use.

This barrel was cut open, sanded, cleaned and screwed all around. The double doors were precisely cut and placed on the side so the Spanish Cedar enclosure could be fabricated and installed inside the barrel.

Once we ran all the wires and installed the humidor box, everything was tapped, the bands were painted black and the barrel received several coats of high gloss polyurethane for years of shine. The double doors and hardware were installing for its finishing touches. 🙌

🔥🔥 Any Logo, Picture, Graphic or Lettering 🔥🔥

🚨🚨Engraving 🚨🚨

Before I start, I have to give a very, very big shoutout to Veronica owner of VJ's Custom Engraving located in Arizona.

I followed the business, she and her husband followed me back. Check out her work, it speaks for itself. Order, like, DM as the work they do is on point and absolute 🔥.

I give them a big shoutout from NJ to AZ because they took the time to walk me through with the purchasing of my new laser burner.

Yes I went out on a limb and this is what good people do. ❤️

We spent countless hours texting, messaging through Instagram and FaceTiming. This system, program and tools takes a lot of patience to learn, however once dialed in like they said I will be rolling the barrels into the newly made jig for one burn after another. And that is exactly what has happened. Now with the newly made jig we can roll the barrels under the laser printer and print any logo you want on the top of your custom made barrel.

Thank you again!

🔥🔥 Look, just look at this setup 🔥🔥

We cannot thank Dana major for reaching out and placing a custom barrel order for this incredible space in her home. Thank you Greg McLaughlin Jr for making this connection and order happen.

Talk about a perfect fit for our custom Buffalo Trace barrel. This barrel was selected from our barrels brought in from Kentucky. The barrel was sanded, cleaned and screwed all around. The door was marked, cut open and fabricated to ensure a perfect opening and closing.

My artist Jenn Coleman did her magic burning this awesome detailed logo into the top of the barrel. Motion sensor lights were installed inside the barrel, another barrel head was used for the middle shelf and a lazy Susan was installed on the bottom so the bottle can spin around. 💪.

Several coats of high gloss polyurethane were applied to the entire barrel for years of shine. All of the hardware was installed and the barrel was delivered last week.

I love all of our builds, however this one right here is a 10+. Absolute perfection. 🙌

Call, text or DM as we are fully stocked, loaded and ready to take on your barrel order.

🔥🔥 New Look 🔥🔥

We were back in downtown Toms River, NJ sprucing up the front of Battle Grounds Distilling and Battle River Brewing. If you are in the area this place is a must to stop by located at 69 Main Street Toms River NJ. 🍻

We took 6 premium oak barrels, sanded them, secured the bands and each plug has The Barrel Guys NJ engraved on them. Three coats of high gloss polyurethane, these barrels are ready for this weekends big event. 🎉

Ordered last week and we followed through on our promise for owner ray carney who has been an absolute pleasure to do business with.

Now check out these tops, they were old 2x12’s that were being used before at this location. We took them back to our shop, sanded them down and put three coats of high gloss polyurethane on them. Each plank has the business logos embedded into them. Such a cool look and a new spot for customers to gather, drink and socialize.

What a transformation and we cannot thank Battle River Brewing and Battle Grounds Distilling for allowing us to complete this project for them. 💪
