I know its been a while since our last post but let me say this, the amazing food has not stopped flowing! Tonight for instance is pitmasters choice from my starwars cookbook and Dwarven Flatbread from my dungeons and dragons cookbook! Although still like any other recipe I use it is only loosely followed. This was amazing and a big thank you to my beautiful wife for making the Flatbread!

Tonight dinner was good but dessert was even better! I made a version of what I saw a recipe for once. I made strawberry cheesecake tacos! And of course they were dairy free for my amazing wife but I still had regular cream cheese for me! We use food dye to tell them apart and it works great! And taste even better than they look! I made altercations to the recipe like changing apples to strawberries, adding the cinnamon sugar mix in with both cream cheeses and of course I don't measure anything! What fun would that be?

Well tonight was fun, I wanted to make something delicious but familiar. I gave Nat a few options and we decided on orange chicken. Now the orange chicken from the store is delicious but it often has dairy in it so I spent a while looking for a recipe and found one that turned out good, but I of course had to make a few changes in the quantity of the ingredients, I wanted more orange flavor and enough heat to feel it but not too much. It was so good and it's definitely something I'll be making again soon! Better than store bought and way better than the last time I went to panda express!

Well tonight didn't quite work out the way I planned but somehow even better! I planned to make street tacos and it turned out to be stuffed chicken breasts with oven roasted veggies and rice! I also made my own sauce with leftover ingredients from the chicken piccata, it was a garlic lemon and butter sauce that was so good! Glad it turned out the way it did!

What a fantastic day to make some fantastic food! I made chicken piccata with sliced potatoes! The lemon and herb flavor from the chicken was so good! I used dairy free parmesan and since the recipe called for white wine I substituted that for chicken broth. I will definitely be making this one again!

Wow, I can't believe how good everything turned out tonight! So dinner first, I made a herb and lemon chicken in a cream sauce with parmesan over roasted parmesan garlic red potatoes! And somehow it gets better when we get to dessert! I made a fruit ratatouille with blueberries and raspberries for the sauce and apples with pineapple for the main fruit. And of course coconut whipped cream on top! Everything was dairy free and delicious!

Well in the theme of valentines day I've made my beautiful and amazing wife heart shaped chicken breast with mashed potatoes and a red cream sauce! Hope she loves it! She inspires me to make great food and there's no one I'd rather share it with! Love you baby, can't wait for all the years to come!

Tonight was a great example of ingenuity, I had no idea what I was making until about 15 minutes before I started cooking. It started as herb crusted chicken with rice, then with mashed potatoes, then we landed on pasta. But I wanted to do something similar to the creamy Cajun chicken pasta so I cut the chicken up to mix in. Which made a dairy free cream sauce with noodles and sliced herb seared chicken thighs. Super delicious, will make again. My beautiful wife says it's a 12/10 since it was like Mac and cheese for her.

Tonight is a good one! I made me and my beautiful wife honey Dijon chicken with rice. Let me be the first to say, doubling the spice so I had enough to cover all the chicken was great but definitely made it a bit hotter! However the flavor was outstanding and the leftovers will be even better! 8/10

Well tonight was a great adventure, we had baked potato soup and it was great! Except for the part we're it got a bit flame broiled. Still not sure how that happened but finished making dinner on a diffrent burner lol. Next time, needs more bacon!

Tonight was a fun one! Just picked up a fresh supply of dairy free heavy whipping cream and figured we'd put it to good use! I made creamy Cajun chicken pasta. It was so good and of course dairy free! It was great without being too spicy. This one for sure will be made again!
