🪿 Porch goose lovers, this one’s for you...! ✨

Don’t be a silly goose—this class is about to be quack-tastic. Fly into a bit of nostalgia with this “Goose-N-Boots” woodcarving class, where you’ll create your very own charming little goose and give your bookshelf or windowsill something to honk about!

This intermediate class is no wild goose chase, we’ll guide you step-by-step (no fowl play here) using a knife-only approach, starting from pre-cut blanks and helping you shape and refine your piece till it’s looking just ducky. You’ll have plenty of one-on-one help from Steve Hunter of Hunters' Creations along the way, so you won’t be left winging it.

🪵 Best for those with basic carving experience

Bring your own carving knife, cut-resistant glove, and thumb guard—or add them at checkout. Don’t let this one fly south without you!

Our Beginner Woodcarving Course is a perfect way to ease into the quiet, satisfying craft of carving. Local artisan Steve Hunter, carving since 1998, will guide you through the basics using a simple, one-knife approach that’s approachable and beginner-friendly.

This 3-week evening course is designed to feel relaxed and unhurried, making it ideal whether you’re brand new or returning to carving with fresh curiosity.
