I wanted to share a little ā€œbehind-the-scenesā€ moment from the shop this weekā€¦

We had a machine come in with tension issues, and after taking a closer look, the problem wasnā€™t the machine at allā€”it was the supplies being used.

The needles, bobbins, and thread were labeled as ā€œgenuine,ā€ but unfortunately, they werenā€™t. And even small differences in quality can really affect how your machine stitches.
