Michelle Lord She graduated from Cal State Long Beach with a degree in Interior Design.

A lifelong resident of Southern California coastal areas, Michelle’s career began by decorating banks for the holiday season, as she worked her way through college. She continued to grow professionally working at Homestead House, where she worked her way up to the position of Senior Designer. Michelle was named “Top Sales Designer of the Year” while at Homestead House. After several years in home

furnishings, she realized there was a strong need for an upscale yet affordable firm that specialized in meeting the client’s individual needs. Over the years, the firm grew and Michelle decided to open a retail design boutique where her business has continued to thrive. Her specialty is to create a special space that is functional and timeless for each client. She designs home theaters, home offices, kitchens, and baths for residential and commercial clients. She enjoys using architectural influences in her designs and she strives to use these custom pieces as the main focal point for each room. She excels in space planning by working as a team with an architect whether it involves new construction, or remolding of an existing place. Michelle specializes in making a house a home, with an emphasis in great customer service. From furniture, textiles, accessories, and art, she has developed an extensive collection of resources from across the country, allowing her to make your project as beautiful as well as unique home that reflects your personal style.
