Why my meal prep is important

Yesterday’s meal didn’t end yesterday.

Today it became something new.

I took leftover meatballs and noodles and built forward from there, then made garlic butter crab with paprika and a touch of cayenne pepper, letting it melt together into something bold, rich, and comforting.

I mixed it with noodles for a full meal…
and for the appetizer, I went creative:

🥒 stuffed cucumbers filled with crab
🍽️ leftover crab spread served with crackers on the side like a little “blessing board”

Nothing fancy. Just intentional.

I’m calling this meal: “The Upper Room Table”
because what looked like leftovers turned into overflow.

And honestly… it felt like provision on a plate.

Homemade dinner tonight 🍝❤️

Turkey meatballs over pasta with sautéed mushrooms, spinach, sweet onions, garlic, and a creamy touch of ricotta cheese. Paired with a fresh salad on the side for the perfect balance.

One thing I’m learning is that taking care of ourselves doesn’t have to be complicated. Sometimes it’s simply slowing down, making a meal with what you have, and being grateful for God’s provision.

Me, I’m trying to eat light also making a meal for a man. So keeping in light for me and y’all put a little bit hardy for him and just bring it together. Something different in the kitchen today God bless.

I bet you could never guess it was gonna be chicken feet right no I don’t eat chicken feet. I don’t have nothing to do with them, but I’m gonna tell you this. I do know it does and the broth from the chicken feet is in amazing broth and base plus it’s full of collagen.!!
