This is always my favorite fall photo. I took this at The Farm we moved from 12.5 years ago, after choosing the most perfect pumpkins - it's all about the stem! Yes, we still miss the Farm - and each day grateful we were able to be its caretakers for a while. Happy Fall, peeps...the season of Orange.

I tried, I tried to wait till September, but I failed. I bought mums yesterday. As I was leaving the house, my husband yelled from his office: "Resist the pumpkins!" That I accomplished. (They are not yet blossomed, so no pic. But they do look very nice in my baskets.)

Ah..hints of fall give me renewed and lighter enthusiasm.fall.winter tea lights stock ordered yesterday.....sunday i found the perfect, yet in need of repair and help, corner hutch for my office on FB marketplace. I use the high center table for my art, and all the books in the hutch were on the top. I switched the door to open from the right, new k**b. Back of it re-sturdied, two coats paint..and ta-da.( I think my office is really an art gallery!..and my personal sacred space. )

Cosmo is such a proud flower. And Nasturium are always happy..and edible.

What joyful renewal to sit on our porch again! To walk our land and watch spring emerge! To pull weeds after the rain...so much easier! Yesterday was our second day in the yard. You can see my joy in having a powertool out!! (All that brush was cut back.) Slowley, but surely. Yard keeping, gardening..are master classes in patience. Spring to do list on the fridge. I am renewed. Very, very thankful.
