🧶 Important Notice 🧶

As i am approaching anothed year in my business i am here to inform everyone of a new policy that will be effective immediately due to increased events of unpaid orders. I apologize to any customers this may cause an inconvenience with, but I have to protect myself/my business from fraudulent orders or unpaid orders. I hope you continue to support me, and understand where this can cause major issues in small businesses and can cause a business to be unable to operate further. That being said any items will need to have a 50% non returnable deposit. This helps me cover material costs upfront. And also I will allow a 30 day hold once the item is complete. If not paid for and picked up with in the 30 days the item will go into my inventory and will no longer be available until my craft events. I try to be as fair and reasonable as possible but after many unpaid orders it is causing some hang ups in my business. As always please feel free to send me a message with any questions and/or concerns. And thank you to those who stick around and support me!
