There’s a whole little antique & thrifting trail hiding in Travelers Rest — and we think it deserves a look 👀

Start north of town at Country Antiques & Curiosities, then wind your way down Highway 25, stopping at the roadside antique shops along the way. Once you reach downtown TR, keep hunting at Charlie’s Southern Rustiques and RetroMarketplace, then see what you can uncover at Miracle Hill and Goodwill.

Of course, treasure hunting requires lunch. Stop for brunch or a bite at Topsoil, Tandem, Whistle Stop, Joybird or Farmhouse Tacos — and then consider our favorite addition to the itinerary:

Don’t drive home.

Check into a local inn or hotel, enjoy downtown TR for the evening, and make a weekend of it.

Because if you’re still thinking about that vintage table/chair/lamp you left behind the next morning…you probably should have bought it. 😉
