“The Carolina On My Mind” custom home is in the final stretch and we should have it on the market next month!!!!

LOTS has happened over the past two weeks…

- exterior stone is all done
- custom kitchen bases are all in (thank you Gainey Custom Woodworking 👏
- interior paint + laundry cabinets are done
- beams got installed in the primary bedroom
- vanities are all in!
- powder room wallpaper got installed TODAY thanks to the talented Suzanne Poston | Wallpaper Installer (wallpaper by York Wallcoverings)
- still swooning over this moody green butler’s pantry
- opted for an unforgettable purplish/plum moment for the guest bath (and I love it)
- tongue and groove ceilings went in on both decks & the decks got started!

Whew!!!! Lots more pretty to come ✨

This precious family bought their home “as is” during a bidding war due to it’s perfect location. After several years of living in the old home, the couple decided to go bold with a full home renovation AND build a new addition that included plenty of color, pattern, and texture. Almost every room included a feature that was a sentimental memory. We had SO much fun renovating everything in this home (inside and out) and creating a perfect new primary suite oasis + upstairs bonus room and bedroom for a very cool family.

Living in Upstate, SC means we get to enjoy the outdoors 10+ months of the year! Creating an outdoor living space only enhances your home and gives your family an opportunity to enjoy the outdoors from the comfort of your back yard.

We LOVED getting to bring this outdoor room to life for an AMAZING couple. The deck features motorized screens and brazilian hardwoods, a dual sided staircase and multiple ways to keep the space warm or cool throughout the year!
