These new renderings are the hard work of our very talented designer, Bethany Janik Klotzbach. This is a stunning new construction main house and guest apartment. The client loves classic English country manor style with a touch of northern Michigan mixed in. There’s no fear of color and pattern here! Every room is a jewel box, with exceptional details, a little whimsy and timeless appeal. Stay tuned to see it become reality.

At long last, we have finished photos of a wonderful project in Glen Arbor. Four bathrooms, a bedroom and a laundry room. The client had originally toured the Glen Arbor B&B after we finished that project, and was particularly inspired by the colors and the whimsical wallpapers we used throughout. She hired us to help her with her own home. She herself has a very strong sense of style, a great eye, and was very confident in what she liked. And she was not afraid to push the envelope a little bit. The initial designs were done by our designer at the time, Brooke Lewellyn, and finished out by myself, Sophia Suggs Yost and Amy Szejbach-Schichtel. All construction by the wonderful Skip Harriger of Harriger Construction, Inc.
Disclaimer: we do use photo processing to adjust lighting, tone, enhance context and remove out of place items or innocuous things that don’t alter the inherent design integrity of a space.
