A few weeks ago we did a troubleshoot for a customer who was on the way to another job. Although it was not a physical intense job, we were able to tweek a few things so the system operates easier and make some recommendations for the future so the system can sound better.. We decided not to charge even though the customer insisted, we declined a few times. To our suprise we received a heart warming letter in the mail thanking us with some gift cards to local restaurants!! Now that's customer service and a customer for life!!!

Sometimes we do large jobs and sometimes we do small jobs. But one thing is for sure we take pride in our work making sure our clients or happy with our services.
