(Revelation 4:11) But, man chose to sin against God, rather than serve him. (Romans 3:23) When man chose to disobey God and sin, the penalty was death. (Romans 6:23) So, how can we have eternal life? Many think good works, religion, or wealth can
get them to Heaven. (Ephesians 2:8 & 9) Jesus Christ, God’s sinless Son, was sent to pay the penalty for our sins by dying on the cross in our place! (Romans 5:8) How do we cross the bridge to eternal life? We must receive Jesus Christ as our Lord and Savior. (John 14:6) To receive Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior you must repent of your sins and put all your trust in Jesus alone. (Romans 10:13) God promises eternal life for those who believe in Him. (John 5:24) Will you receive Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior today?
- Admit that you have sinned against God and ask him for forgiveness.
- Believe that the Lord Jesus Christ is the Son of God who died for you on the cross, rose from the dead and is Lord.
- Call upon Jesus Christ to be your Lord and Savior.
