This art is from a very old kids Christmas book that I sold last week. Before I shipped it out I decided to take these photos because I felt like I should have done something else with these graphics! I mean look at them! 👀 the copyright was expired so I could use them commercially in theory. Maybe for Christmas wrapping paper? A coloring book? Gimme some ideas!!

These totes I designed were inspired by one of my favorite songs "Turn Off the News (Build a Garden)" by Lukas Nelson. I hadn't seen this 'positive propaganda' image from WWII before I recently browsed through images from this era on The Library of Congress' website. Take a look

1) Scary Birds of Prey 2) Patriotic Birds of Prey 3) Cute Waterfowl 4) Crows/Grackles 5) Colorful Songbirds

Personally, I'm torn between Scary Birds of Prey and Cute Waterfowl. Hawks feel so empowering but waterfowl seem like therapy birds.

Okay, where would you hang this gorgeous Audubon print in your home?
