Shearing was nice and early this year. February 28! Nicole, Hartwell, and Keisha are the nicest sweetest shearers we have ever had touch our flock. The sheep are not traumatized, and man, that's a plus. No sore feet, no cuts left untreated, these guys do it all. Shear, pedi, and inoculations. Boom. Done.

Sadly, I didn't take pictures of the shearing. But, I do have a couple pictures of fleece...with more to come! Yay! This is cold washed Eeno...plenty lanolin for spinning in the grease. And these are pre-shorn sweetys.
